As LGBT+ History Month begins, this year’s theme, Science and Innovation, reminds us of the incredible contributions LGBTQ+ people have made in STEM and healthcare—shaping discoveries, improving lives, and pushing boundaries.
As an ally, I’m proud to support and amplify LGBTQI+ voices, as I always say fighting for somebody's rights does not diminish your rights at all. This month, I’m looking forward to sharing resources, attending events, and sparking conversations that celebrate achievements past and present. Let’s honour the innovators, the trailblasers, and the everyday heroes who inspire us all.
