This month I joined the Industry & Parliament Trust for their 7th Industry & Parliament Trust Poppy Ride. I cycled to raise funds for the Royal British Legion poppy appeal.
The funds raised as part of the poppy appeal goes towards the fantastic work they do in supporting services personnel with everything from advice, rehabilitation and more.
It's my pleasure to join and support them.
