It was an honour to join the Central Mosque of Brent in Willesden Green on Friday 26th May for the opening of their new health and medical facility.
This medical facility will be a welcome addition to the Brent health community and will play a vital role in helping residents stay healthy. This builds on the fantastic work done by the Willesden Central Mosque which has included, over the past 4 years, running a brilliant and unique health and social programme with a vaccination programme where they administered over 10,000 vaccines and continue a Autumnal Booster Programme, Community Diabetic services, Asthma and Lung seminars.
It seems like only a short while ago that I was laying the foundation stone for the centre!
